ProSeal Basement Systems Before & After Photos

Customer came over to us while repairing a neighbors home.  Asked for some guidance on a troublesome leak in their basement.  Very small foundation crack was allowing moisture into the bedroom.  Customer had others look at the issue and none could find the source.  One suggested to demo the entire finished basement and put in a french drain system unnecessarily.  Less than a day later and a fraction of a hotel rooms cost, the problem was solved. 

Waterproofing for hydrostatic pressure leaking into finished theater room.  Inside was sealed then outside waterproofed with 60mil membrane.  Foundation was not compromised and landscaping was replaced to look better than original.  No damage to yard, sprinklers or grass. 

This homeowner had a crack in their foundation that was leaking water into their crawlspace. Our Team came out to repair the crack so it stopped the leaking and is no longer a threat to the home.
